Information About the Service
Superopti Business VoIP is a cloud-hosted phone system for hotels, accommodation providers, and businesses. It provides SIP extensions, reception handsets, IVR services, and optional number ranges – all delivered over a high-performance internet connection.
Minimum Term: Contracts vary for each business and their needs (12, 24, 36, 48 and 60)
Requirements:
- Stable internet connection (Superopti preferred)
- SIP-compatible devices (BYO or supplied by Superopti)
- Plan Pricing (Ex GST)
- Service Type Monthly Fee Included Calls
- Hotel Room SIP Extension $10.00 Local and national calls included. Mobile charged.
- Reception Phone $25.00 Local, national & mobile calls included.
- IVR Extension $30.00 Call routing, menus, no outbound call access.
- 100-Number Range (Per State) $35.00 Suitable for DIDs, tracking, or direct routing.
Upfront Phone Costs:
- Hotel Room Yealink SIP Phone: $199 each
- Reception Phone (Yealink SIP-T43U 12-Line IP HD): $299 each
Setup Fees:
- Included when bundled with Superopti internet. Custom installations may incur additional fees.
