Superopti Internet Service Overview Superopti Internet (Fibre to the Premises and fibre to the basement) is an advanced broadband solution utilizing fibre optic and other network infrastructure installed within multi-dwelling buildings. It facilitates seamless communication between the customer’s premises and the wholesaler’s equipment via existing fibre cabling within the building.

Billing The service operates on a prepaid basis, and no bills are issued. A monthly invoice is generated for record-keeping and is accessible through Your Account online at https://portal.superopti.com/portal. By acquiring and using the service, you consent to the automatic direct debit of your monthly service charge from your nominated credit card.

Minimum Term and Termination Internet Bundle plans are offered on a flexible no-lock-in contract basis. Customers can terminate the service by providing 30 days’ notice. Please refer to the Minimum Total Cost specified in the Information about Pricing section.

Measured between 7 pm and 11 pm, actual throughput speeds may vary due to factors such as WiFi interference, customer cabling, equipment, download source, and in-building copper quality and distance.

CSG The standard Monthly Charge and Setup pricing stated in the Information about Pricing section are applicable to new customers waiving the Customer Service Guarantee (CSG).

Equipment Required Superopti will supply a Network Termination Unit (NTU) named an ONT, which functions as a Modem Router with 3 Ethernet Ports and Wi-Fi. Superopti’s responsibility extends to the LAN1 port on the ONT; any cabling beyond that point is not Superopti’s responsibility. The hardware supplied is the property of Superopti including any pre installed WiFi devices. We welcome our customers to also use any device they chose. The customer device will need to have a working device that has a WAN port. This WAN port will need to be set to DHCP client.

Installation Notes If your address lacks a Superopti ONT, one will be installed. A technician appointment is necessary for Internet equipment installation. On the scheduled day, you or an authorized person aged at least 18 must be present. Installation details will be notified after you place the order.

On installation day, a technician will connect the building fiber-optic cable, ensuring correct connection of Superopti-supplied equipment before marking the service as active.

After Internet activation, contact your current provider to cancel any existing services. Check for contractual commitments and termination fees. Superopti is not responsible for these charges.
